How am I different from other real estate agents?

I have been a homeowner and real estate investor since 1999, so you can rely on me to understand your concerns and alleviate your stress throughout this process. I know what you are going through because I have been there before myself.

I attended law school at the University of North Carolina and worked in the legal profession for ten years, so I can help you understand the contracts and disclosures required in selling your home. I can't offer you legal advice, but I can give you a layman's explanation of all the documentation that you'll be signing.

I have a degree in English from Wake Forest University and I worked as a newspaper reporter and freelance writer, so you will have well-written and compelling marketing materials to advertise the sale of your home.

I have studied acting and improvisation and worked as a professional actor on stage and screen, so you'll have an agent with excellent communication skills who can greet potential buyers with affable conversation and answer any questions that they may pose with charm and composure.

I worked as the managing director of a theater company in New York City and produced nine full-length plays using extensive mass marketing campaigns, so you will have a wide-reaching marketing campaign for the sale of your home.

I am currently working with many buyers, so I can provide with you with a buyer's perspective of your home and help you stage your house to maximize its appeal to buyers.

I am a skilled negotiator who fights for my clients interests, so you can trust that you will have an agent in your corner if conflicts arise. Your fight is my fight.

I work with a large team of Realtors under the guidance and supervision of our managing broker Kara Karns, a top-producing agent with years of experience, so you will benefit from my energy and enthusiasm and Kara's knowledge and experience. You'll be getting a team of agents for the price of one.
